Random thoughts for today

I was trying to hold off on buying any more jeans until I had finally lost all of the baby weight. I gave up today and bought a very expensive pair in a size that I don't want to admit to.

We had Lucy's 9 month photos done today. Utter disaster. Trying to get a 9 month old to look happy in photos when she clearly is not. Impossible. Of course as soon as we left she was smiling, giggling and acting all kinds of cute.

My pillows are turning out more adorable that I thought they would. (considering my sewing skills).

I got another amazing ebay purchase. A jogging stroller!! I love buying pre-owned! We picked it up this morning and as soon as the snow melts I can't wait to use it!

Speaking of snow. Um. What?

I come up with so many clever things to say on this blog and then I sit down to write them and my brain is empty.

Lucy's grandmother came over to watch her while Jimmy and I did some more spring cleaning. The refrigerator and freezer are immaculate!

Jimmy's job was to clean our bathroom. He is making me stop using mineral makeup. It gets all over everything and he is convinced that the fine powder it is building up on my lungs. Could that happen?

I am reading Parenting by The Book right now. I don't have much to say about it yet. So far it seems to make sense.
