Plumber to his plumber friends: So I got a call on a job in Clarkston.

Plumber friend: Uh huh.

Plumber: Younger couple with a little baby. Cute baby. They had a slow leak coming through their basement ceiling. I couldn't see where it was coming from and told them it need a little more investigation to find the source. The next day they called me and they had found the source. Apparently the guy had tried to install some shelves in a closet. And drilled three holes in their drainage pipe.

Plumber friend: {roaring with laughter}


I can only imagine what that conversation will be. I appreciate my husband for so many reasons. I did not marry him for his home -fix-it abilities.
